Okay guys, a lot of us will end up in a situation with a woman that we really desire and what ends up happening?
Nothing at all.
You wind up being classified as one of her friends, a line gets set that she will never cross, and you end up spending countless hours pining away for a woman that will NEVER be yours. Sure there are occasions where a woman will cross that line, but those are usually infrequent. The movies may paint a different picture, but I am sure you are well aware that this is not the reality.
How do you go BEYOND the friend zone with a woman?
Well, unless you are the kind of guy that likes to torture himself and end up with an uphill climb the entire way, you have to get it right from the beginning. You have to set out with the intention of NOT trying to be a woman’s “friend” when you and I know the real truth. You want to date her. You want to go to bed with her. And you want to feel the warm caress of her hands gliding across your chest, not out at the mall gossiping and shopping.
You have to take a stand!
Being the kind of man that implies that all he cares about is friendship while you secretly yearn for more does not make you a “better” man. All it does is make you a little less honest and upfront than a man that has no qualms at all about letting a woman know what he truly wants. You have to go beyond that nice guy image of trying to be a woman’s friend and move into the mindset of taking a stand, flirting with her, teasing her, and not falling into the trap of shying away.
See, most men will try to be a woman’s buddy to eliminate the possibility of rejection.
It feels safer at first, more comfortable. However, the truth comes out in how you feel when you hear her talking about another guy, when you see her dating other men, and when you have to face the reality that she thinks of you as nothing more than a “pal.”
